Blue Wren is our cosy studio cottage. There is a queen size bed, adjacent wardrobe and bathroom with walk-in style tiled shower. Furthermore, an eat-in kitchen and lounging area together with deck and outdoor seating. The cottage is nestled amongst trees and parking is directly outside the front door.

Heron Villa
Heron Villa is a contemporary two-bedroom villa that enjoys expansive views over the lagoon and across the grassland to Georges Bay. It has a generous open-plan living/dining/kitchen with floor-to ceiling glass doors that open onto the full-length deck. The master bedroom has a king bed, a separate walk-in wardrobe and a television. The second bedroom has a king single bed and built-in wardrobe. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate half bathroom.

Robin Villa is a contemporary studio with a king size bed, built-in wardrobe, television and access to a small private deck. There is a galley style kitchenette located off the living area and a private bathroom adjacent. The toilet is located inside the bathroom together with a walk-in tiled shower and vanity.

Sandpiper Villa is a one bedroom contemporary stay with one bathroom and one half bathroom. There is a generous living kitchen area that has glass floor-to-ceiling windows/doors that lead out onto the deck. The bedroom has a queen size bed and built-in wardrobes. There is a walk-in tiled shower and vanity in the bathroom and the half bathroom adjacent houses the toilet and a second vanity.

Oystercatcher Apartment is sited close to Georges Bay. Sit back on the Stressless lounge and enjoy expansive horizon sunrises and sunsets. The master suite has a queen size bed, built-in wardrobe, television and ensuite. Bedroom two is a king size bed, television, built-in wardrobe and the bathroom is adjacent. The generous living kitchen opens onto a private terrace with bbq.

About Us
Pelican Point is a unique wetland and grassland 87 acre property located 2 kilometres from St Helens on the road to Bay of Fires Tasmania. We offer a diversity of self-catering accommodation ranging from a cosy studio cottage nestled among the trees to villas with floor-to-ceiling windows that maximise your exposure to nature and light. The property shares a 3 kilometre frontage with Georges Bay conservation area, a further two frontages are shared with the George River and the waterway of Grannies Gut; you can bring your kayak. We encourage you to walk the tracks on the property and spot the birdlife.
